Vale da Choupana is Natural Sanctuary of wild and vibrant Natural life, and is now growing to become a safe-haven for travelers and wonderers who wish to experience Nature in it’s (more and more rare) pure silent expression.Here we are surrounded by Wild Vibrant Nature, by the elements, lots of sunlight, lots of green vibrant life, overwhelming silence, an amazing night sky… but also wind, dust and bugs.

Vale da Choupana is off-grid, this means our beautiful tents and all infra-structures run onsolar power and water from the land. Our grey water system (showers, lavatories, kitchen)function with a simple filtering system that goes directly into the land and therefore we kindly ask guests to be conscious of this when using water, lights, and other resources.
